What to bring to a launch?
Launch days can be long, and the conditions at the range may vary. Since the launch site is quite remote, we recommend packing all the essentials to ensure your safety and comfort throughout the day. Below is a suggested list of items to bring for a smooth day of flying:
- Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, and long-sleeve shirts for sun protection
- Sturdy footwear that you don’t mind getting muddy or dusty
- Warm clothes, as the temperature can change throughout the day
- At least 2 liters of water to stay hydrated
- Food to last the whole day
- Cash for the sausage sizzle
- $5 cash for the visitor fee
- A deck chair or picnic blanket for seating
- Binoculars to get a closer look at the launches
- A portable charger for your devices (note: there is very limited signal at the launch range)
We hope this helps you prepare for a great day at the range!
